The Între Brazi website is operated by Între Brazi Retreat SRL (J08/123/2021), Strada Brazilor 27, Fundata, Brașov County, România. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Booking requests

The form on this website submits a booking request, not a guaranteed reservation. A booking becomes final only once the guesthouse expressly confirms it, by phone or by email. Every request receives a reference (in the form BK-XXXX), which we kindly ask you to quote in any communication.

2. Rates and payment

The rates displayed are in Romanian lei (RON), per night, for the entire room, and are indicative until the booking is confirmed. The estimated total for your stay is communicated when the request is submitted and confirmed by the guesthouse. Payment is made at the guesthouse, as agreed at confirmation; the website does not process online payments.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. For arrivals outside these hours, please let us know by phone in advance.

4. Changes and cancellations

Bookings can be changed or cancelled only by phone, at +40 730 740 522, or by email at contact@intrebrazi.ro. There is no online cancellation facility.

5. Guest obligations

Guests must provide accurate contact details, respect the maximum capacity of the room and observe the guesthouse’s house rules. The guesthouse may decline requests containing false or abusive information.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on this website (descriptions, photographs, rates, availability) accurate and up to date; however, it does not constitute a binding offer. Liability for any errors is limited to correcting them and informing the guests affected.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
